Fuck Fox News
I think anyone who seriously watches Fox News and believes any of the shit they say is fucking retarded. I caught my mom watching it last night when Obama said "you can put lipstick on a pig...it's still a pig". The conservative jack-offs over at Fox said that the remark was a direct insult towards Sarah Palin, despite the fact that the McCain camp has used the phrase both during this campaign and during his campaign against George W. Bush in 2000 for the republican nomination. My mom was asked by John why I'm a democrat. I said "I'm a liberal, what party I belong to is irrelevent". So my mom asked why I was a liberal, and I told her "it's the only ideology that seems fair to me. Conservatism comes off to me as shallow, hypocritical, and selfish". She didn't want to get too much into it because she knows I can rip a whole into any political argument she gives me. She did get mad when I stated my stance on abortion, but even then it's fucking stupid. The majority of anti-abortion leaders are MALE, who will never get pregnant in their entire lives, so they're immediatly irelevant. Yes, Sarah Palin is anti-abortion and a woman, but that brings the next part of my argument. Her family has come to the decision to have the baby and that is their CHOICE. So why not let other women CHOOSE what they want to do. Look, I disagree with abortion on a moral level, it's still ending a life, but I believe that a woman has the right to choose what she wants to do with her body. I also believe that if you just have abortions because you don't like to have protected sex and you don't care whether or not you're pregnant, then you're a bitch and should have your vagina turned inside-out, but you know, I don't wannna be too graphic. So yeah, Fuck Fox News. It's no wonder the American populace is so cynical about the media when an overly conservative news channel has the audacity to call itself "fair and balanced".
